The GLB kit contains the three disk CD-ROM set, 12 Keeping Track Booklets, The Calorie King® and a pedometer.

DVD Video (?)
This is the popular video format to be used as a "view-only” disk on your TV. The programs on the disks do not allow for interactivity or contain downloadable information. Alternatively, you can use your computer’s DVD-ROM drive to watch videos if you install the appropriate DVD player software (which may come preinstalled on your PC or Mac).

Booklets (?)out of stock
Keeping Track Booklets allow patients to track daily food and calorie intake and exercise. Each booklet is designed to cover one week.

DVD-ROM (?)
These are disc-based storage systems used to distribute interactive, rich media software accessed by your personal computer. DVD-ROMs hold more information than CD-ROMs and require a DVD-ROM drive.
