Cardio Connection- A 22 minute video providing an informative and interesting look at Cardiac Rehabilitation, including an overview of heart function, an in-depth discussion about what a patient can expect from a Cardiac Rehabilitation program, and the benefits of following such a program.  Detailed animations are used to help viewers more fully understand the function of the heart.
